Give yourself permission to ENJOY Garden Party Adventures. 

🤍 Start by making a “date” with yourself as a sign of your commitment to YOU. 
🤍 Clear a space in your diary – and keep this appointment! 
🤍 Be aware of your feelings and emotions and notice any resistance that shows up. 
🤍 Release any self-criticism or judgement and have fun!
